Quick Start
Get your first AI-generated comic panel in under two minutes.
Step 1 — Sign In
Go to app.yarnsaga.com and sign in with your Google account. Your YarnSaga account is created automatically on first login — no separate registration needed.
Step 2 — Create a Story
From the dashboard, click New Story. You'll be asked for:
- Title — the name of your story
- Art Style — choose from 19 distinct styles
Choose your style carefully
The art style is locked to your story. Changing it after generating panels would make earlier panels look inconsistent with new ones. Browse all styles at yarnsaga.com/styles before deciding.
Step 3 — Generate Your First Panel
Inside your new story, you'll see an empty canvas with panel placeholders. Click any empty panel — a Scene Description drawer will open on the right side.
Type a description of what's happening in the scene. Be specific — the more detail you provide, the better the result:

A young woman sits alone at a rain-soaked cafe window, hands wrapped around a coffee cup, staring outside with a worried expression. Neon lights reflect on the wet glass.Click Generate. The panel will be illustrated in a few seconds. You'll see a loading indicator while the AI works.

Once you have your first panel:
- Add Characters to keep faces consistent across panels
- Learn about the Editor to add speech bubbles and text
- When your story is ready, Publish & Share it
Tip
You can regenerate any panel at any time. Click a panel that already has an image, edit the description, and click Generate again. Each generation is unique.
