By creating an account or using YarnSaga ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

YarnSaga is an AI-powered creative platform that allows users to create illustrated stories and graphic novels using artificial intelligence. The Service includes tools for character creation, scene generation, page layout, and story export.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not use the Service if you are under 13 years of age.

• —Credits are purchased in advance and deducted as you use AI generation features
• —1 credit = $1 USD of AI generation; a single panel typically costs about 0.2 credits
• —Credits do not expire
• —All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a credit pack is purchased, the transaction cannot be reversed regardless of whether credits have been used.
• —We reserve the right to change credit prices at any time with reasonable notice

All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges for any purchases made on YarnSaga, including but not limited to: unused credits, partially used credit packs, or purchases made in error. You agree not to use the Service to:

• —Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• —Generate content that depicts minors in sexual or inappropriate situations
• —Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• —Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• —Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the stories and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant YarnSaga a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third party's rights.

AI-generated images and text are produced by third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may occasionally be unexpected or imperfect.

YarnSaga and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YarnSaga and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform itself.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YarnSaga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
